Here are the terms and conditions for Ultimate Minds Portal.
It is administered by Ultimate Solutions / YemenSoft Training Coordinator
“Ultimate Minds” Content is exclusive for Ultimate Solution / YemenSoft Employees and CANNOT be shared with people outside the company.
Registering at “Ultimate Minds” means that you accept the terms and conditions. Content cannot be shared outside the company.
User names, emails, and passwords are confidential and cannot be shared.
Register at “Ultimate Minds” Using a formal email. Personal emails will NOT be accepted except for representatives (not employees) for particular reasons.
Videos of “Ultimate Minds” cannot be downloaded unless a permission is obtained from the Trainer or System Admin as they might include confidential information that cannot be revealed outside the company.
The content must not be used for personal purposes. Ultimate Solutions / Yemen Soft reserves the right to take whatever actions deemed necessary against anyone who violates this. The actions will be taken solely by the company, and the company might, as well, sue the violators.
Registration on “Ultimate Minds” means that you are an Ultimate Solutions / Yemen Soft employee or representative. In case you leave the company, your account will be permanently deleted.
Third Party links might be used in the Portal (e.g. Zoom….) or Links to other MOOCs. these services or links may not comply with our terms and conditions. We advise you to check their terms and conditions.
